   Aging Well Digest

Useful, interesting, and informative news for seniors and their families

  from Jeff Goll, Senior Advisor

 Dear Friends:

Welcome to the second issue of Aging Well Digest.

Each month I plan to share with you some of the best, most useful, and informative news for seniors that I
encounter in the course of my work. I hope you will find something useful in each edition.

In this issue, you will find links to articles that address "observation only" hospital visits, sleep issues in assisted living facilities, mediation for families with seniors, and an essay on aging and creativity.

Of course I am here to work with you if you need more personalized help with any of these issues or other aging related concerns. Your first hour of consultation is free in order for us to determine if and how I can help you.

Thanks,  Jeff

If you have a friend or neighbor who would enjoy this digest or find it useful, please forward this issue by clicking on "forward email" at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, send me their email and I will add them to the list.
