Department will be holding their 4th Annual Car Show on July 24th,
2010 at The Numidia Dragway. Click HERE for more info and a
sign-up form.
During
that day there will be 2 special races:
Street Race - $40 Entry fee
$1,000 to the winner
$400 to Runner-up
$100 if you make it to the Semi
ATV WALLY RACE
You can race an ATV, Quad, dirt
bike, golf cart or anything that resembles an ATV.
Entry Free - $40
Winner gets ATV WALLY
The entry fees for both
races will be donated to the Locust Township Police Officers Association

ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN CATAWISSA
|
If you come through Catawissa to get to the track you may want to leave a little earlier. PENDOT is repairing the bridge as you leave Catawissa and they have it down to one lane. They have installed a signal system but you can bet it's going to hold up traffic. YOU MUST GET THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION BEFORE 11:00AM....don't get me started.

Don't you hate it when it looks like a nice sunny day when you leave the house and it's raining at the track! Well we want to help. We in the next few weeks we will be setting up a system that will allow us to send you a text message as soon as the track is closed or other info we feel you would want to receive. Now if you are half way to the track and we close you will be the first to know.
