 As you probably know by now, the main way I market to sellers is by direct mailings with my Lease Option tri-fold brochure. I did a short video that shows how and where I order them from, because I do get a lot of people asking about the brochures I use. In this video, you'll see me upload the videos to order, then preview how the brochures will be folded etc. I actually just ordered 5000 and the cost was only a few hundred dollars, but those 5000 will net me at least 30 houses!
