Two For the Price of One!

           When I started training people a few years ago, I only did one on one training at my house.  Because of what I teach, the demand grew to the point where I finally agreed to do small classes.   However, if someone came to me for training, they really needed to have a firm grasp of lease options before they came to me.  I know it's weird, but with Lease Option Classes, I didn't really focus on the basics of lease options, but more on how to build an actual business with lease options. 

            This is where Michael Carbonare comes in.  Michael, also referred to as MC on his board at www.naked-investor.com  is the person that wrote the lease option manual that gave me the foundation for the company that I wanted to build, Leasing to Buy.  Michael, I feel, is the best at teaching the basics of lease options, and has been doing lease options for over 15 years now.

            What I don't think people often realize, is the actual DEAL they are getting with the 4 day course.  I used to charge $4,000 for my one on one training, and MC often charges about $2,500 for his one day, one on one training. With our 4 day course though, we only charge $2995 and of course, the attendees get UNLIMITED support from MC and myself after the class.

            The reason I'm focusing on the course in this newsletter, is because I am preparing to announce the details for the next class.  I do know that it will likely be the last week in March.  I'm looking at having it March 30th - April 2nd.

             I also want everyone to know that I have some big projects to work on in 2011, so I'll only have 2 classes ALL YEAR!  I anticipate the end March and probably Oct or Nov.  I also want to let everyone know that I have looked at locations to have the March class, and have narrowed it down to 2 places here in Dallas-Fort Worth.  The class will be limited to about 10 people.  This is due to the size of the boardrooms, as well as the fact that I feel the smaller class really promotes learning.
