Greetings!

As we all know, there are a NUMBER of real estate courses, books and DVDs out there for those willing to pay. So, if you're new to my site, you may be wondering, what's so different about what I offer? What exactly is my class all about anyway?

My number one absolute goal through training others is to help them start their own lease option company just like I have.

If you've seen the course outline you can see that I personally cover everything from starting and structuring your lease option business, to growing it by bringing on reps to work for you. I train you how to exactly duplicate my business model.

In a recent newsletter, I recorded a conversation with a previous student, Joe McCall. Joe did a fantastic job of putting together a summary of what he gained from the training, and I've included a post to that here, that also contains some follow up that you may find interesting.

Upcoming Class...
