Greetings!    

Elections are right around the corner making headline news daily. The bombardment from battling ideologies makes it even more important that we keep the headline news in our hearts legible and anchored in truth. If someone were to read the headline news in my heart, what would they read? What would I inform people of?   What about you?  

What about our current president? Here are just a few of President Obama's headline news:

He stated that we are no longer a Christian nation.

He stated in an interview that he is going to seek the counsel of "the king" in the land where Islam began, in reference to a leader of the Muslim world.

He recently stated that the Muslim population of the U.S. places the U.S. "among the world's largest Muslim nations.." 

His "vision" is for Israel to become a Palestinian State.

We need to know God's heart on matters of Israel and have the courage and steadfastness to proclaim God's truth with our heart's news reports. You will learn more about this One True God and His relationship with Israel in today's newsletter. We pray this will help to keep you anchored to the One True God who answer to no one, still ultimately in charge.

So - what might be your heart headliner this day, this week, this month or this year? And while we think about these things, let's join in prayer for our president.  May his eyes be lifted to the King of Heaven, the one Who still sits on the throne.  May he turn to the Most High with full conviction before the world, that both he and our nation may find God's mercy.  Dan 4:37
