March's meeting: Time to bring in those lures, rods, reels and other fishing equipment to this month's meeting as it's our Annual Lure Swap!
Also on the table... DNR specialist Andy Carlson will be sharing all the info that was collected at last year's muskie/prey acoustics study. Some very interesting data.

BLC Banquet a success!
Another banquet has come and gone. Over 250 people attended this year to win some great prizes. With only a couple bills yet to pay, we have an estimate of a solid $11,000 raised. This is great news as we have a lot of projects on the table for 2012.
The BLC Board would like to say "Thank You" to everyone that attended or helped out! It is very much appreciated!
We're looking forward to next year's banquet!

2012 Gil Hamm
Star of the North has made their selection. The Hamm is going back to Red Wing Lodge on Lake of the Woods. August 25 - September 1 with the Hamm fishing dates of August 29, 30 and 31.
