Want to sharpen your culinary skills?
Then plan to join us at Cooking Something Up on Thursday, February 24th from 6pm - 9pm for a stellar cooking class with Chef Stephanie!
Members will be able to learn how to cook three appetizers and a dessert!
Cost is $15 per person; please bring this with you night of event.

ECIA Workforce Home Ownership Program
Do you make less than $44,100? Are you tired of paying rent?
The East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) Workforce Homeownership Program (WHP) assists with down payment costs for moderate income qualifying households for new homes to be built in several locations in the city of Dubuque.
Homes will range from 1,094 square feet to 1,560 square feet with grant funds providing up to a 25% subsidy for the down payment for qualified homebuyers. The subsidy will be secured with a five year forgivable loan.
Application forms are available online at www.ecia.org.
Applications for the program are due by March 1, 2011 at 4:00 pm.
