We need people to help setup for the Toys for Kids/Holiday's from the Heart program. Please arrive at 5:00pm at the Holiday Inn.
Saturday, December 18th - Toys for Kids/Holiday's from the Heart Holiday Inn, Dubuque 7:30am-1:00pm We need "shoppers", counters, and baggers to help the families with toys. Sometimes we do take items out to peoples' vehicles as a courtesy to them. A continental breakfast will be available. It's our end of year awards banquet for 2010 and we'll be swearing in the new 2011 Board.
6 p.m. - Cocktails and HORS D'OEUVRES
7 p.m. - dinner and program to follow
RSVP's were due by Dec. 10th - Cost is $15
Year end receipts - if you have any expenses which need to be reimbursed, please send them in ASAP so we can get you paid before the holidays. Receipts received after December 16 likely will not be paid back until the next year.
