Pass the Gavel RSVP's are due this week. If you have your post card please mail it back ASAP as final attendance numbers are due by the 17th to Clarke. If you have not received an invitation, it's likely due to not having a proper address for you, please e-mail back to dubuquejaycees@gmail.com ASAP. The evening should prove to be one well worth attending starting off with cocktails, then a very nice dinner with a couple choices of entrée, and followed with awards and dessert. It's a great time to come and celebrate everything accomplished during the 2010 year and look forward to the 2011 year. We hope you can join us. |

For those interested in helping with our Toys for Kids Program
We need some help on th 15th, 16th, 17th of December to set up for Toys for Kids/Holidays From the Heart program. We'll meet at 5:00pm until ?? each night at the Holiday Inn/Five Flags on Main St.
One the Day of Event(Saturday, December 18th)
We'll go from 7:30AM until 1:00PM
We need "Shoppers", Counters, and Baggers
Sometimes we do take the items out to people's vehicles as a courtsey to them. A continental breakfast will be available to helpers.
