Please Note Changes to General Membership and Toys For Kids!!
Thursday, December 9th - General Membership,
to be held at Courtside on Thursday starting at 6:30 - we will be participating in the trivia night to support toys for tots. If you don't want to compete come on out and cheer on your fellow members.
Saturday, December 18th - Toys for Kids/Holiday's from the Heart Holiday Inn, Dubuque 7:30am-1:00pm We need "shoppers", counters, and baggers to help the families with toys. Sometimes we do take items out to peoples' vehicles as a courtesy to them. A continental breakfast will be available and we will be having lunch when we are done. Thursday, December 16th - New Board Training at 7:30p in the Alley Cat bowling alley/Diamond Jo Friday, January 7th - Pass the GavelRSVP cards have been sent for our end of year banquet and swearing in of the 2011 Board. RSVP's are due by December 10 so if you did not get one (likely means we need an updated address) please e-mail if you can attend and number of guests. The cost is $15.00 but there is a great dinner planned this year. If you know someone who should be invited who isn't a current member, please send their contact information.
Year end receipts - if you have any expenses which need to be reimbursed, please send them in ASAP so we can get you paid before the holidays. Receipts received after December 16 likely will not be paid back until the next year.
