 Final Countdown Days For Terror at the Fair Setup!
The Dubuque Jaycees Terror at the Fair project will be opening
soon, and we still have a few projects that we need to complete before
we open doors to frighten the public in this creepy fun October event.
All help will be greatly appreciated and people who are friends of
Jaycees or Non-Jaycees are also welcomed to participate. The following
dates will be when we are meeting at the fair (at the swine barn-kiddie
corner from the large yellow barn) starting at 5:30pm - approximately
9pm.

Thursday, October 7th - Candidates Night at the Diamond Jo
Candidates night is scheduled for Thursday October 7, 2010 and is being held at the Diamond Jo in either the Rock or Roll Suite. Start time for this is at 7:30. If you are interested in any position on the board next year, please click here to see the job descriptions, contact the current Officer/Director or myself ( c_puetz@hotmail.com). Just a reminder for anyone interested in running for the position of President, you must declare your candidacy that evening. October 8th - 10th - Fall All State, Holiday Inn, Downtown Des Moines. We have one full registration opening for Convention, if you are interested in going please let us know ASAP so our registration fees are not lost.
Thursday, October 14th - Board Meeting and General Membership
This month's meetings are going to be held out at the Dubuque Co. Fair Grounds. The board will meet at 6:30 and we'll have the General Membership at 7:30. After going over chapter business we'll be having a walk through of the Terror at the Fair for those brave enough to face the terror.
