As you all know, Terror at the Fair starts in just a few weeks.  As you also know, we are under a lot of added pressure this year due to monitoring by the Fire Chief.  There is still a lot of work to get done before the walk through later this week by the Fire Chief.  This project funds most of the Community events we do during the year and to loose this would also mean the loss of Toys for Kids and Holidays from the Heart.

 

So, this Wednesday, September 29 from 5:30 to 9:00 we are looking for any and all people who can help, even if you can only stay for a few hours.  There are all sorts of things to be done, so if you cannot do construction, we can have you paint, if you can't do that, we can have you work on costumes, if that doesn't work, we can have you pick up dropped nails and screws.  There is everything from light to heavy work to get done-or-something for everyone.  Help us continue our other Community projects, without the funding from this, they will not survive!  I will be providing dinner to all of those showing up  (Thinking Happy Joes).  Following Wednesday, set up continues as normal. 

 

Setup Dates will include all Wednesdays 5:30pm-?, Saturdays 9am-2pm, and Sundays 1pm-5pm
