Terror at the Fair Scare Areas Due Dates & September Setup Dates

Terror at the Fair "Scare Areas" request are due by August 31, 2010. Rooms for the 2010 Terror at the Fair are filling up quick. We have a few remaining if any members or group of members would like to setup and operate a scare area. Please send your request to natlange75@yahoo.com explaining the people who will be responsible for a scare area and a brief description of your creepy idea or a theme.
*Just a reminder any request for a "Scare Area" after the August 31, 2010 date will be based if any available space is open and your "idea or theme" might be modified or canceled if not submitted by the due date.
September Setup Dates will include all Wednesdays 5:30pm-?, Saturdays 9am-2pm, and Sundays 1pm-5pm
*Wednesday September 1, 2010 at 6pm all members operating a scare area will meet at the Terror at the Fair Barn to discuss their idea and learn about what is required to complete this project by the due dates.
We need help on all of the setup dates days to get this project ready by October 5, 2010 before we have our safety drill and make sure we have everything all ready for our big opening date. The major layout maze will be completed by September 4, 2010. From here on we need members to help with various projects and assist the members who will be operating a "Scare Area" that also need extra help with setup. There will be many opportunities for all members and we will find something to match your interest and skills.

Please contact Nathan at natlange75@yahoo.com if you have any questions.
