Netafim Self-Piercing Emitters
Critical color-code changes coming!
Opportunity to update your inventory to industry standards

Netafim's best pressure compensating drip emitter with it's flushing action and check valve just got better with a self-piercing barb. These self-cleaning emitters work even when buried!

But with this self-piercing improvement we are faced with industry-wide color code changes for emitter flow rates.

If you want to stock-up on Netafim emitters with the obsolete color codes, please do so before the end of the year. The old color-coding will be phased-out industry-wide and the Urban Farmer Store will no longer sell them.

Confirm color codes for flow rates in the field by using a magnifying glass to see the flow rates molded into the black end of the emitter. Flow rates are expressed in L/H, (liters per hour) because the rest of the world is metric.

NEW COLOR CODES

Blue flow rate = 2 L/H = 1/2 GPH

Black flow rate = 4 L/H = 1 GPH

Red flow rate = 8 L/H = 2 GPH

Key Features & Benefits
  • Self-Piercing Barb: easy to install, no tools required.
  • 1.5 psi Internal Check Valve: prevents low emitter drainage.
  • Anti-Siphon Operation: prevents contamination.
  • Pressure Compensating: delivers the same flow 7-50 psi.
  • Self-Cleaning Action: Exclusive TurboNet® flow path provides continuous self-cleaning action during operation.
