EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITY

Don't miss this chance for your students to have
a year long experience they will never forget
Greetings!

I would love to bring my experiential learning program to one of the turnaround schools in Boston. Check out the information below and give me a call or email if you are interested

Curriculum Outline

In the Fall I take students sailing to the Boston Harbor Islands. Students learn to sail and understand the harbor environment. They also engage in an environmental research project done in conjunction with Sailors for the Sea's Carbon Neutral Boating effort.

In the Winter, teams of 4-5 students make 10 visits to our shop at the Charlestown Navy Yard. Each team builds a 10ft., wooden, rowboat that becomes theirs to use.
