A Good Day Gone Bad!

This claimant sustained a back injury in the summer of 2010 while working for the insured. Alliance Worldwide Investigative Group, Inc., fortunately had medical appointments as a resource to assist in establishing a positive identification and locating the claimant. The claimaint was observed on several occasions.

At times, she utilized her cane for assistance. (Above)
She was observed at other times not using the cane at all.
(Below)
 
In addition to observing her travel to and from medical appointments, Alliance was able to establish a pattern as to when she was the most active.
When confronted with the evidence that she did not use the cane on several different days, her defense was, "It was a good day." Needless to say, this did not go over too well at the hearing.
