Severe Injuries Not Preventing This Claimant From Enjoying Prom
This claimant injured her cervical and lumbar spine, as well as a shoulder in an automobile accident in 2009. The claimant allegedly could not raise her arms and had neck/back injuries with continuing disability since the accident.

Alliance pursued the investigation and through a lead, found out the claimant would be attending a school prom. Alliance followed the claimant throughout the day/night and was able to obtain access to the event. The claimant was observed dancing throughout the evening, first lifting her right hand and arm above her head and waving it around, then doing the same with her left. She was observed to raise her arms on numerous occasions while dancing and taking photos.
As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the claimant showed no signs of physical restrictions resulting from the alleged injury and helped in refuting the claim. |
