Holiday Lights No Problem for This Claimant
Alliance caught this Claimant well in the holiday spirit while hanging lights on a house. The Claimant alleged that he had cervical strain and an injured left shoulder.

The Claimant was observed hanging Christmas lights at his residence. He lifted a ladder and moved in many times while raising his arms over his head to adjust the lights.
At no time during the duration of the surveillance did the investigator observe any disability, restrictive movements or any implication of a medical condition. |

Insurance Broker Pleads Guilty to 12 Counts of Medicaid Fraud
 A Springfield, Missouri insurance broker recently plead guilty to 12 counts of Medicaid fraud totalling more than $700,000. According to Attorney General Chris Koster, Kevin Wayne Louderback "misrepresented insurance rates and pocketed the overpayment of premiums." Additionally, he also "offered a kickback to people to get them to enroll in an insurance program, fraudulently misstated an insurance company's rate and then forged documents to set out the false rate."

Man Collects 10 Years of Disability Benefits & Charged with Insurance Fraud
A 48-year-old man who claimed to be disabled was been charged with three counts of fraud after state investigators videotaped him repairing cars, fishing hip-deep in a stream, and climbing rocks to get out of the stream. Matthew W. Robbins has been collecting disability benefits ever since he strained his back 10 years ago while picking up a water pump while working at his job at a summer camp.
