Are you a designer of masculine clothing for female bodies? A model wanting to strut your stuff down the runway?  The What is Butch? Compaign based out of New York City is coming to Oakland for a one time special event in February for the ButchLYFE: Expanding Ideas in Masculine Fashion for Female Bodies.  They are having an Open Casting Call in Oakland on Saturday, October 20th at the Show and Tell Store.

AND there is more!  We have chosen our films for our 1st Annual LGBTQ Film Festival being held in Oakland.  We have 20 films that we will be screening at the Grand Lake Theater on November 15th from local, regional, national and international filmmakers.  We were overwhelmed by the number of submissions and the wonderful quality of work.  We could fill a week of theaters with all the fabulous work we are thankful to everyone who took the time to submit their film.  We will be announcing our lineup on Monday, October 8th so stay tuned!

As you can see we are gonna busy going into the holiday season, we hope you can join us for any or all these events.

See you out and about this weekend!

xoxo
