HOLLYWOOD/SANTA MONICA HOME TOUR KICK-OFF
BellaVista is a proud supporter and contributor of bottled water for many local home tours and events ~ here are some photos from the Hollywood/Santa Monica annual home tour kickoff party and auction, held Friday evening, April 23rd, at the Dallas Arboretum.

GASTON AVENUE PROJECT PROGRESS
The Gaston Avenue project is being featured in our Remodeling Talk article in the Advocate in the months of May and June. The home is owned by Kyle Collins and Dr. Patricia Simon.

Renovation Update
  • Poured front steps and entry walkway to the home.
  • Built out front porch, second floor balcony, and the porte-cochere.
  • Set garage concrete forms so we can pour the foundation.
  • Poured basement floor level and built rough framing of walls and stairs to basement.
  • Began installing HVAC.
  • Substantially completed plumbing.
The weather has slowed down exterior progress, but we have been able to keep the interior renovations moving full-steam ahead. All interior mechanicals should be complete within the next 4 weeks. We are really enjoying working through the challenges of faithfully restoring this gorgeous historic home!
