CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
New national EPA lead paint regulations go into effect on April 22, 2010. These regulations will require contractors who perform work that disturbs lead-based paint in homes built before 1978 to be EPA certified. Bella Vista Company has completed all steps necessary to become an EPA-certified firm, and this week, Randy Seay (Project Manager) will be attending class in Fort Worth to become certified in Lead Renovation.
