CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
Congratulations!

In November, Darin Breedlove and Buddy Breedlove both completed two NAHB courses: Green Building for Building Professionals (a 2-day course), and Certified Aging-in-Place training (two 1-day courses). Darin is now certified as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), and is also a Certified Green Professional (CGP). Upon completion of one more course in December, Buddy will also hold both of those certifications, as well. We're proud to maintain the highest training standards in the remodeling industry.

In today's housing market there are three main ways to raise the market value of your home. A recent article published by the National Association of Realtors maintains that in-ground swimming pool installations increase the value of homes from 8 percent to as much as 15 percent. The percentage varies by region with the highest increases in the Southwest. This increase in value is due to an in-ground swimming pool's aesthetic charm and recreational appeal, which are both important qualities to potential buyers.

In addition to the increase in your property's market value a pool provides a convenient recreational area and helps keep you cool in the heat.There are also numerous health benefits to installing a swimming pool or spa which include:

RECENT PROJECTS
Gabe and Casey Gilliam Bella Vista Company recently completed a Master Bath and Master Closet renovation project for Gabe and Casey Gilliam. We were pleased to work with the Gilliams again, having done a Kitchen and Living Room remodel for them last year. We enjoyed seeing them again, and they're thrilled with their new Master Bath.
