The 6 Questions to Ask a Remodeler
Considering a design, build or remodeling project in your home? In our experience these are the six fundamental questions to ask before you sign a contract.
  1. Are you the right company for my project?
  2. What is your level of experience and expertise in my neighborhood?
  3. What can I expect once I sign the contract?
  4. Do you actively participate in trade organizations?
  5. Do you maintain all of the necessary insurance?
  6. Can you provide references?
What you discover in your interviews will not only inform your choice of which remodeler to use; you'll also be better equipped to understand and contribute to the design process.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
certified remodeler Keeping Up to Date
In our continued efforts to stay current with construction trends and practices, our personnel are pursuing the following certifications:
 
Darin Breedlove - Darin already holds the CR (Certified Remodeler) certification from NARI, and has just obtained his CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) certification from NAHB.

Buddy Breedlove - Completed the NARI Green Remodeling Education Program in April 2009, which will enable him to pursue his GCP (Green Certified Professional) certification.

Randy Seay - Has completed half the courses required to become a CGR, and is scheduled to take the other two courses this month.
RECENT PROJECTS
Redondo Remodel 9410 Redondo
Bella Vista Company would like to congratulate Nan & John Miller, at 9410 Redondo, on the recent completion of their home remodel. We were fortunate to work with them on their project, which included remodeling the downstairs, as well as adding a second story, consisting of a Gameroom, two Bedrooms, and a Jack and Jill Bath. This project came in ahead of schedule and they're just thrilled with their "new" home.
