Developing Stories
COMVEST's Spring Brings New Media and New Opportunities

That spring is a metaphor for transitions has never been better illustrated than by COMVEST in these past few months. We've rolled out a new website, developed a Facebook page and taken to Twitter. Construction got underway on our latest JV project - an Academy Sports + Outdoors in Warner Robins, GA. We also began an extensive renovation project in our hometown and went on the road to visit old friends and make new ones in Boston and Las Vegas. With all this and more in our pipeline, our summer's already heating up!

Our latest video, "This Is COMVEST Properties", briefly outlines our development strategy. By keeping it simple, COMVEST's three development types mean we are "Developing Superior Retail Properties Throughout the South".

That air of optimism was wide spread among the over 32,000 attendees, a 15% increase over 2011's attendance and nearly 35% over 2009.
