"Transformation is a process that frees the mind and heals the soul. In order to achieve a state of transformation, one must identify what is, release it and move toward what can be."
Have you wanted to change? Take your personal authority back? Then make 2011 the year that you decide to stop "doing what has not been working for you" and venture out of your comfort zone. Transformation is achieved by doing something that is out of your usual pattern, risky and uncomfortable. Transformation is foremost a continuing process. It does not have an end point.
Transformation is meant to create or anticipate the future.Transformation is not an impossible task.
How do I accomplish transformation in my life?
Determine what the "One Thing" that if you changed would radically change your life or what is. The One Thing that would increase your performance in life. Once you discover what your One Thing is, then figure out what are the barriers or resistance are that keep you from getting what you want. It could be doubt, a fear or simply a lack of skills. Next develop an Action Plan for the next 90 days and write down all the steps you need to take, how you will measure each step and then a timeline in which you will complete each step.
Understand that transformation is not easy or comfortable. Transformation is certainly difficult to achieve transformation all alone so seek out a support system or a coach to inspire you and teach you the skills to get where you want to go and that which you desire. As millions have seen on "The Biggest Loser", no matter how many diets or gym subscriptions the contestants have bought, it is the skill and knowledge of Bob and Jillian, Personal Training Coaches, that motivates, drives, teaches and supports each contestant to accomplish their dreams of beating obesity. In sports, there is always a memorial Coach that inspires and trains an athlete to break world records or make it as a "Professional Athlete". It is not a weakness to seek help.
Make this your year of transformation and exert your efforts toward improving yourself and achieving your intentions. Transformation is possible if you put your mind, body, soul and spirit into it.
