Two nights ago I woke up to the fright of a very large three inch critter crawling between my legs. At that hour of the night it looked like a scorpion for all of me. Expelling it, containing it and wondering how it got into my second floor bedroom got me rather rattled. Efforts to drift back into slumber evaded me, as last resort I applied an Access Energy process, MTVSS to the glands of my head and throat. During the night I drifted in and out of sleep while recharging my glands with restorative energy. By morning I was more than rested -  vitalized, focused and full of energy for presunrise  Ashtanga yoga and had a curious potato bug in a jar to show and tell my son.
