Got Freedom? Got Ease? There are times when I feel like I am doing battle with the inner demons of the mind -when freedom and ease feel light years away. Last week felt like such a time, gratefully I am surrounded by students, friends and faculty who are actively choosing freedom and ease through engaging in the giving and receiving of transformational bodywork. I am continually moved by the stories that students bring to me of their own journeys releasing their demons and darkness, for lighter more joyous ways of being.
