 Greetings!

Ever wonder why some people get sick with every bug that comes around and other folks are never phased? Ever wonder what measures you could take to  become resilient to passing bugs and prevent or resolve chronic immune deficiency syndromes?

This August we are offering  several clinics, free intros and  weekend classes that will address these very questions: How can I be healthy and vital in the face of the latest strain of whooping cough or Swine Flu? How can I prevent "inflammatory pathologies" such as cancer and heart disease from undermining the integrity of my arteries and vital organs?

The integrity of our Immune response engages all our body functions- communication, respiration, digestion, circulation, absorbtion and elimination.... The efficient containment, transformation and elimination of foreign pathogens is vital to immune function.  The Lymphatic System is the fluid system in the body designed to collect, contain, and transform viruses, bacteria and fungi with various lymphocytes and macrophages. With excellent nutrition, rest, exercise and time in nature our lymphatic systems are designed to handle these pathogens.

In recent times we have added  new foreign pathogens to our external and internal environment that we do not have the capacity to transform or neutralize so to speak with lymphocytes or macrophages. These pathogens are: heavy metals, pesticides and chemicals. Science is now tracing various disease processes such as diabetes and cancer to the body's inflammatory response from exposure to  environmental toxins.  The amount of exposure we are receiving to heavy metals, pesticides, and chemicals has increased dramatically in our lifetimes, hence the concurrent rise in auto immune challenges. Our immune systems need extra help to respond to these challenges. Lymphatic Massage is one of the most effective options for safely eliminating environmental toxins.

Blessings, Katie Mickey,

What's Possible with Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Resolution of Swollen Gums and Glands

"Dear Body Therapy Institute, when I came to your lymphatic drainage massage clinic, I had experienced a swollen right cheek for weeks. I thought it was due to gum weakness because it was painful when I flossed and brushed there.  After Anna's skillful gentle touches in that area during my clinic session, I came home to no pain when flossing or brushing.  Thank you!"
