Working with our students in the classroom, I have the privilege to witness their growth in capacity to effect meaningful change in the body's tissues and subtle flows. What's Possible with Reflexology
Reflexology involves deep reflexive pressure applied to the feet, hands and ears. The benefits include: enhancement of lymph, blood and qi flow as well nerve impulses to all the body systems.

What' Possible with Jin Shin Jyutsu
A Jin Shin Jyutsu session involves light, sustained contact on the torso and limbs. The benefits include the circulation of Qi within the internal and external meridian flows, which is often experienced as a heightened state of wellbeing and resolution of deep seated emotional holding patterns.

A Medical Qi Gong session involves a combination of hands-on and hands-off techniques designed to purge toxins and increase vitality and regulate homeostasis in the body, mind and spirit.
