 Rev. Chip Wright
Minister, UUCM June, 2011
As summer rolls in and the church year slows down I am reminded of what Rumi writes of June 12th in  "A year with Rumi" translated by Coleman Barks:   'Lamp after Lamp'   "You that prefer, as crows do, winters chill and the empty limbs, notice now this that fills with new leaves and roses opening And the night birds song.   Let your love dissolve also Into this seasons moment Or when it's over you will buy Lamp after lamp to find it."   Enjoy the summer's gifts! Be well and full of life! And may joy and peace hold you. Rev. Chip            |
