GUIDANCE

Final Senior Transcript Forms Due Friday, May 4

On Monday, April 30, seniors received a form in homeroom that asked them to list all college application results and all scholarships received, as well as where to send final transcripts. These forms are due back to homeroom teachers by Friday, May 4.

Only one final transcript will be mailed per student, and it should be sent to the college he or she has chosen to attend. No fee will be charged to send the final transcript.

Scholarships received will be listed in the CJ graduation program; however, we can only list scholarships if the guidance office has been given official documentation, such as a letter from the college in question.

Please direct any questions regarding these forms to Kelly Muhl, administrative assistant. She can be reached via email or at 461-3740 x243.

Montgomery County Scholarships

Students who received Montgomery County Scholarships will be notified directly from the foundation in the form of a mailed letter. These letters, which should include the amount awarded and instructions for accepting the scholarship, may not arrive until after graduation. Please look for these notifications in your mailbox near the end of May.
