Powder Puff Flag Football Game for Charity
Saturday, May 7 | 1:30 p.m. | West Carrollton Jr. High
CJ's senior girls will take on the Alter Knights in our 2nd annual Powder Puff Game for Charity sponsored by the CJ Student Council. Admission to the game at West Carrollton Jr. High School (directions) is $2 for players, coaches, and spectators. Concessions will also be available. All proceeds will be donated to the Dayton Area Habitat for Humanity.
Last year more than $400 was raised for charity as the Eagles defeated the girls from Alter, and this year we hope to make an even larger donation! If you are interested in getting involved, here are just a few ways to help:
- Donate desserts or drinks to be sold at concessions for the game.
- Attend the game on Saturday, May 7, pay an admission fee, and cheer the Eagles to victory!
- Make an outright donation to the cause.
- Pray for the safety of our students.
Please email Angela Ruffolo with questions or if you'd like to donate. -- View/print flyer

We will again be providing physicals in conjunction with Good Samaritan Hospital. The cost is $15 and the fees collected help fund our impact concussion testing program. The physicals will be offered in May on the following dates, and they will be good for the entire 2011-12 school year:
We are in need of senior parents to be in charge of the Senior Picnic at Delco Park (directions) in Kettering. These parents would be in charge of coordinating the food gathering and preparation in addition to recruiting other volunteers to help with serving and cleaning up during the day of the picnic. We cannot have this great event without your help and support!
Students will be arriving at the picnic around 1:15 p.m. after their Senior Drive Around. Set up will start around noon and cleanup will be complete by 4 p.m. at the latest. If you are able to be in charge of this event, please email Angela Ruffolo.
CJ is having a student informational meeting for those interested in running cross country in the fall of 2011. For more information, email head women's coach Greg Mueller or email head men's coach Ken Spitzig.
