MFS offers two plan distribution options for dealers who want to make their customers claim filing process even easier: online plan printing or data registration. Both of these methods allow you to provide your customer's purchase information directly to MFS, either through a secure website or by submitting a data registration file, so we have no need to obtain additional information from your customer when she calls to file a claim. You can be confident in telling your customers that their claim filing will be nearly seamless - we'll be able to locate them in our system and proceed quickly with helping them with their problem.

| Quarterly Connection Tip: How to Use the Online Claims Portal
The online claims portal is a great resource for retailers. It allows retailers to view and search their customers' protection plan claims by claim ID, protection plan number, customer last name or customer home phone number.
