The Bandon High School Ecology Club & students have organized and funded an important fundraiser event for Free Flight Bird and Marine Mammal Rehabiliation Center.
It will be held this Thursday, July 30th at the Sprague Community Theatre, 1202 11th St Sw in Bandon's City Park. Tickets are available at True Value Hardware in Bandon, Shark Bites in Coos Bay or at the door. $5 for students & $8 for adults.
Doors Open at 6:30. There will be an opening band and silent auction to start and variety show with lots of talent acts to follow "Mending Wings and Songs to Sing".
All proceeds will go to Free Flight, a private non profit wildlife hospital right here in Bandon, providing rehabilitation to Oregon's orphaned or injured birds, mammals, and marine mammals.

County Assessors Office Updating Real Market Values in Bandon!
The Coos County Assessor's Office has scheduled the reappraisal of approximately 2,300 accounts in the city of Bandon including unimproved lots, single family dwellings, manufactured structures and condominiums. The appraisals will take place from July 21 through Sept. 1, according to a press release.
Assessor's office appraisal staff is licensed by the state of Oregon, carry authorized County photo identification, travel in vehicles with government plates and will be visiting properties from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays during the reappraisal cycle. | |
