Welcome to FAST. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and improve your fitness and/or
 performance. Using my 25 years of experience as an athlete and coach I can assist you in  meeting your goals.

Welcome to our March 2012 newsletter! We are very happy to share with you the exciting changes we have made. First and foremost we have relocated.  Our new facility offers 5 times the square footage of our previous space, as well as lockers and a shower room. We are also able to offer you more options due to an increase in both cardio and functional strength equipment. We are conveniently located off of Hwy 16 on the northside frontage road between County P South and C.

Our new location allows us to offer you more classes and training options.  We have classes for all levels and interests. To see our class schedule visit our website's calendar tab. Click on the class you would like to learn more about to read a description.

Offered to you is a 30-minute presentation on how to eat properly, exercise correctly, and live a healthy life! Wear your workout clothes, because immediately after you'll jump into a 20 minute FREE exercise circuit, designed by Dwight, specifically to increase your metabolism and strength.

Beginning and Intermediate Run Group
This month we would like to feature our two running classes beginning in April.  Our beginning run group focuses on the basics of form, technique and efficiency. This group will be meeting Saturday mornings from 7:00-8am.  Our intermediate run group assists you in taking your endurance and speed to the next level. This group will be meeting 5:45-6:45am Wednesday mornings. Emphasis is on training as well as education.  For more information contact Lisa Bissonette
