I am excited to be able to offer you two great coaching opportunities this winter.
Starting November 23rd I will be coaching a Triathlon Specific Masters Swim program at the YMCA in Oconomowoc.
See the link in this email - for details however note that you no longer need to be a YMCA member to participate.
In addition the Bicycle Doctor in Dousman and FAST are offering Computrainer Classes at the Doc's. New cool location in the loft, more classes, bike storage, pre-session testing.
