This workshop will provide you with critical information specific to fueling before, during and after your training and race(s). You've trained hard, so ensure that your nutritional fueling supports your goals.
As endurance athletes, we also need to learn to deal with performance anxiety, pressure situations, and overcoming adversity. Walk away with specific mental skill techniques that provide you with a confident frame of mind to handle your intense emotions and any pressure situation that comes your way.
