Curriculum:
* Quick and painless shallow water starts
* Finding/Setting and maintaining a pace
* Exits- smooth and focused
* Deep water starts
* Techniques for arrow straight swimming
* Cool tips for rounding buoys- wet suit removal and time for q and a.
