Five years ago, in May, I signed a lease on the shoppe. We officially opened our doors on June 29, 2007.

Ann Norling's pattern uses a heart pattern, pebble stitch, seed stitch, caterpillar stitch, cables, basketweave stitch and ridge. Betsy, your instructor has a sample at the shoppe.
Participants must know how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off.
Magic Loop Socks
Wed 12:30-2:30 Aug 15, 22, 29 Socks are one of the most easy and portable projects ever. Betsy is a master at this craft and she will introduce you to the wonderful world of the Magic Loop. You must be able to cast on, knit, and purl. You will learn how to create a sock using a long circular needle. You will decrease, turn the heel, and pick up stitches. These techniques can be applied to any sock pattern. Materials needed: 32" or 40" circular needle and yarn - will be addressed during the first class. Please note: you must pay the class fee in advance to register for the class, either in person or with a credit card over the phone. Classes are non-refundable and non- transferable. Materials are separate from the cost of the class. A 10% discount will be given for material purchase. |
Yarn Hollow
Starting May 12, we will be celebrating our fifth year anniversary. Rita Petteys, of Yarn Hallow, will join us on Saturday, 5-12, with a showcase of her yarn. Rita has been dyeing fiber for quite a while and does some amazing work.
