I am writing this today in a very sunny shoppe.  It may be cold, but the sunshine makes it okay.

Although Valentine's Day is for romantic love, I am thankful that because of the shoppe, I have had the opportunity to make new friends.

Time to do some quickie Valentine's Day knitting.  Try these patterns for something cute.


Framed Hearts:    Knit up some hearts for your Valentines.  Loyal, Tonic, Lamb's Pride, Liberty Wool, Buttons - we have lots of different yarn that would work well with this pattern.  And don't forget our buttons for decorations. The pattern is on Ravelry.  And if you are able, make a donation in lieu of buying the pattern.

Knit and Purl Hearts:  Knit up a washcloth, or incorporate this design into a baby blanket or a scarf.  Check out our Euroflax or cotton for the washcloth.

Or what about a mug cozy?  Knit up worsted yarn, such as Lamb's Pride, or Liberty Wool, for the Valentine Mug Cozy.

If you have knitted socks before, this is a worsted weight pattern for Valentine Socks.  Use Lamb's Pride or Liberty Wool for cosy feet.

Crochet a cute Happy Valentine's Day Hat using Lamb's Pride.

Or a Sweetheart Valentine Heart with DK yarn, such as Tonic or Loyal.
