Be on the Lookout
LoyalLet us know if you see this sweater.  It disappeared from the shoppe several weeks ago and we miss it.
Greetings!

As much as my husband would like to think spring, we are still experiencing winter weather.  As I sit writing this, it is grey and blowy outside.  Some of you may know that this is my second favorite season.  I love wearing my sweaters and snuggling under our comforter at night.  It is also a perfect time to pull out the knitting and make something warm.

To help you with creating warm items, we are continuing to bring in new goodies, along with keeping our favorites in stock.

Ten Stitch Triangle  This is a good pattern for those beginners who want to step up and learn something new.  The designer walks you through the techniques with written instructions and pictures.  And we have lots of lovely sock yarn that would work well with this pattern.

Baby Professor Vest  A 9-12 month sized vest in a worsted weight yarn.  Knit it in Northern Worsted Tweed or Naturally Tussock Aran 10 ply.

Franks Little Cables socks  Twisted cables to knit up in one of our wonderful socks yarns.

Bobble Cable Ascot  Here is a small project to teach yourself how to knit bobbles.  It is a cute scarf and uses 4 sts to an inch for gauge.  Use Punta Lava, Cascade Pastaza, or Lamb's Pride Worsted.

Peppermintos  I am in the mitering mood.  These are socks and any of our variegated sock yarns would be fun.

Crocheted cable scarf  I never knew that you could crochet cables, but this pattern does.  Mission Falls 1824 Wool would be perfect for the texture.
