We are stocking up for the cooler weather and continue to receive new
yarn, patterns, and books, along with restocking our inventory. If
you are looking for something special, feel free to ask us. Quite
often we have yarns that can be substituted for your project.
Mountain Colors has been in business for 15 years. They started in 1992 with four yarns and seven colorways. Their
number of yarns has grown to 15 and they have increased their colorways to
46 luscious colors that have been inspired by the mountains, rivers
and woodlands that surround them. Melody has been after me to pick these folks up and I can see why.
At present we are carrying their Bearfoot and Merino Ribbon.
The Bearfoot yarn is great for socks and baby clothes. It is soft and incredibly fun to knit. I snagged a skein for me and am learning the Magic Loop with it.
The Merino Ribbon can be knit into vests, shawls, and scarfs.
Lana Knits Hemp
Hemp is the ultimate seasonal yarn - cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The more it is put through the washing machine and dryer, the softer it will become.

Simply Shetland 5
I love these books. This is the fifth in the series and here are several of their patterns.
Finally we have a pattern for the 3 button wrap. I have also asked Susan to make up a pattern using a cable and border stitch for the edges.
This vest buttons in the back and front.
Perfect for the cooler weather.
And either sex could wear this sweater in comfort.
This is an amazing book. I had heard about it and went searching. Finally was able to stock it and I am not sorry. For those of you who want to try a different level of sock, this books has 14 patterns.
Check out some of them.
Oodles and oodles of patterns. Here are a small sampling of what we received.
Fiber Trends Crochet Shawls and Capelets
We received 6 different types of sheep you may knit. Here are three of them.
Oldies and Goodies
And since it is fall, don't forget some of the patterns that are classic.
