DOWNTOWN RECOGNITION AWARD

The Beaver Business District Authority has chosen Jennifer Temple as its 1st Quarter Downtown Recognition recipient for 2011.  Jennifer is being recognized for her work as the "Storytime" lady.  Last July, she read her first story to a handful of young Beaver children at the Gazebo.  Since that time, the program has grown and is held at various locations downtown.

Beaver's Storytime Program is the brainchild of the Beaver Business District Authority and takes place twice a month.  In addition to listening to a well-told story, children also take part in an activity related to the story.
