Involvement is being engaged in the moment and experiencing what can be achieved - no matter the significance. When our involvement is aligned with what we are passionate about, there is no greater opportunity to make a difference. And the amazing thing is that with involvement and passion aligned, it all seems to happen without any effort.

It is important to recognize the different ways that we can be involved - and it is not just in the "doing," which many of us find so easy. Being part of the team, sharing your aspirations about what is possible, encouraging others to become engaged and assisting them in realizing their goals, identifying the unique talents others bring, sharing your knowledge and understanding, identifying potential risks to achieving success, and finding creative and unusual ways to involve everyone are all just as important.

Right now, we're trying to get the word out about the App as much as possible. You can help by rating and reviewing it, and passing information about the App to your friends, family, and coworkers. These make a huge difference!
 

There are plans for App translations into Thai, Korean, Chinese, and probably Portuguese, Spanish, German, and French.
 

Many people have asked if there will be an Android version of "Know Your Type." All we can say is that 9 months ago, there was not even an idea for an Enneagram iPhone App. Droids are on an entirely different technology platform, so while the content, graphics, and interface/functionality are all designed, there would be a lot of programming involved. So, we'll see what happens.

I personally want to thank all of you for the incredibly supportive emails, Facebook messages, and App reviews on iTunes. It has been overwhelming in a good way. I especially want to thank Barry Ahern for putting the iPhone App information on the Irish Enneagram website and to Tom Condon, for including information about "Know Your Type" in his recent newsletter. Many others have sent out emails to their networks, and I know some bigger information distribution are being planned for February, so thanks in advance!
