Too Much? Too Little? Just Right!

How much collateral material do you have to help you sell your products and services?

Is your printed material up-to-date or does it include products or services you no longer offer, exclude others you have introduced since printing, or include your current contact information?

If you meet with a prospective customer, do you have the kind of information you can leave behind to create a connection between your unique offerings and the prospect?

As we begin 2012, let HMG help you conduct an audit of your collateral materials. You want every contact you have with customers to achieve your goals:

  • Accurately reflect your company's values, mission, and offerings
  • Consistently and cohesively represent your visual identity for brand awareness
  • Provide complete contact information with several methods for reaching you
  • Do not try to overcrowd, over-inform, or make your collateral materials the equivalent of the great American novel

Advances in design, printing, media, and our experience combine to give you an accurate review of your publications. Our recommendations will help you establish an effective communications strategy that's also efficient!

Merry Christmas

As we journey through Advent, the time of preparation before Christmas, all of us at HMG wish to share with you our warmest wishes for a blessed holiday season. Ann wrote a devotional book this year, Wonderful Waiting, and in it includes a focus on the four themes of Advent: hope, love, joy, and peace. If you would like to know more about her book, she would be happy to share with you! Here's a brief excerpt:

During Advent, we take time to contemplate all the gifts we have been given. The gifts of hope, love, joy, and peace have greater value than anything we could possibly purchase, make, or discover. Our lives are made richer by embracing and sharing these gifts with all we encounter, along with the story of Jesus' birth.
