In a continued initiative to improve customer service on the Secure Financial Transaction InfrastructureŽ (SFTIŽ), NYSE TechnologiesSM has today announced the launch of its new SFTIŽ Self Service Portal.
The SFTIŽ Self Service Portal is a free tool which offers customers the ability to check on their SFTIŽ service status in near-real time.
The customer portal offers comprehensive monitoring capabilities for your SFTIŽ account including:
- Direct Connections - the ability to list all of your connections, or router ports (logical and physical)
- SFTIŽ Entitlements - the listing all of your Service Entitlements per SFTIŽ Access center
- Bandwidth Performance - a list of access center locations broken down by connections and VLAN's to show near real-time average bandwidth performance, by day or by year
- Contacts - a list of available contacts for your company for communications and informational alerts
