Canine and Feline Heartworm

Julie Legred, CVT, Companion Animal Parasite Council board member and NAVTA  past president, would like to hear from you. She is seeking help and input for her 2013 sessions at NAVC and WVC titled, "Top 20 Questions on Canine and Feline Heartworm." Where did you learn workplace communication?

NAVTA wants to enhance your professional development opportunities. We'd love if you shared your communication experience (good and bad) or shared how you received professional development training. Where did you learn how to best communicate in the workplace? Did you learn on the job? Through interaction with others? From a teacher or family member, while growing up? Or did you take a course, or have you taught a course?

What is key to good communication and professional development in the workplace? What do you need to learn to be an excellent communicator?

Please reply to sandy@navta.net with your thoughts and stories.
