Old Business
 
Honoring Stonybrook
We presented Stonybrook with a shadow box and a $1000 "no strings attached" donation. Each member was given a piece of agape which was a magnet featuring the same design as the shadow box. On this day the church shared their upcoming plans and visions. We need to remember to be flexible and accommodating as they make these transitions.
Candle Purchase
We presented Stonybrook with a shadow box and a $1000 "no strings attached" donation. Each member was given a piece of agape which was a magnet featuring the same design as the shadow box. Fall Training Day
Will be held Nov 1. Media training will be 10:30-12:00 followed by lunch (provided by Chrysalis) and music training from 1:00-2:30.
Any person serving in the media position on team will be required to have been to training.
 
Technology Needs
Laptop - It was agreed that a laptop will need to be purchased for use for the Chrysalis Database and the Media
Projector - Patty Lewis found a projector for $300. We are considering this purchase because our current system is somewhat unreliable. Ron will get specs and see if this is good purchase.
Chrysalis Board
Continued Service: Ronda Dartt will be serving in Girl's Leadership
Open Positions: The Board is currently looking for a new Stonybrook Representative, Reynoldsburg Representative and possible Logistics assistant
Youth Positions: Members of the board holding positions in agape, outreach, fellowship, logistics and building reps are asked to find a young person to bring on board to serve and help in your position. By the next meeting please have someone in mind and have at least talked to them 
 
New Business
December Gathering
In lieu of meeting in December we would like to plan a gathering for the board members. This will include those leaving and coming on in various positions. Let Ron know if you would like to plan on a subcommittee. 
Hoots
We discussed the issues we are currently having with hoots including inconsistency, trouble scheduling events, and consistency after January girl's flights.  Rob Pemberton will continue to look at a set day and time for hoots and will continue with mini gatherings for girl's flights.
