Discussion:

The Girl's weekend was profitable.

The OSU Concession Stand will be discussed at the March meeting.  In preparation for that discussion Bob Herington will find out if a smaller stand is available.  It was explained in the past that a smaller stand on the "A Deck" was just as profitable as the current stand, but takes approximately 1/2 the individuals to run the stand.
 
Website Needs
 
It was explained that Corenne is reviewing the site design and requested input from the Board.  Suggestions that were made:
 
Update of pictures... it was suggested to contact Phil Campbell.  Another suggestion was for minors parents to be contacted for permission before posting pictures to the website.
Agape... It was suggested that information on Agape be provided for the weekend on the web site. 
Board Email... It was suggested that the Board emails be provided on the webpage.  It was explained that the emails had been taken off due to amount of SPAM being received.  Ron will talk with Corenne to see if she knows how to create links that will limit the amount of SPAM received.
 
Overall the board was pleased and agreed the website needed updated and if any additional thoughts or suggestions will be passed to Ron and forwarded to Corenne.
 
Review of Weekend Packet
 
The board reviewed the packet that is distributed on the weekend.  It was decided that the packet should be reviewed before each season of Flight/Journeys to ensure the packet remains current and accurate.
 
After review of the packet it was realized many of the sheets needed to be updated and are now in the process of being updated.  The packet that is distributed on the upcoming Flight/Journey should include accurate information.
 
Open Board Positions
 
The current open positions on the Board that will be posted in the newsletter and announced at Candlelight:
 
Community Reps:  Columbus and Reynoldsburg
Cinda explained that one of the team members from the girls weekend is considering the Columbus position and will be letting her know soon.
Member at Large (Flight)
It was also decided that we will review the position of Good Shepherd and possibly aligning with the Youth Positions
 
Mini Gathering - Girls
Cinda confirmed everything is all set for this weekend.  Additionally it was arranged for Ron to purchase Pizza on behalf of the board.
 
Upcoming Boy's Weekend
The weekend is set.  However concerns were brought to the boards attention that laminate pouches for nametags were low for the girls weekend.  Bob Herington volunteered to follow up with Glenn to ensure the adequate supply of the laminate pouches are available for the Boy's weekend!
 
New Business
 
Clown College
... an observation was made that the community is in need of more individuals that know how to Clown.  It was suggested that a Clown College weekend be arranged.  Everyone agreed this is a good direction and a weekend should be arranged.
 
Mandatory Inventory... it was brought to the Board's attention that all ministries at Stonybrook have been mandated to provide an inventory of all equipment, materials, and supplies.  The inventory is to be submitted to the trustees no later than March 15.  Therefore, we are setting aside Saturday, March 1st to take inventory of our supplies and equipment.  The Kitchen supplies and equipment will be inventoried during the upcoming weekend.  All Board Members are encouraged and expected to participate in the inventory day if possible.
